Personal training is my BEST service with the MAXIMUM results. I will create an individualized program for you based on your fitness goals and current fitmess level. You will be assessed, monitored, motivated, and held accountable like never before.
I Will create a specialized program to meet your needs and help you to create a schedule that works for you. Choose one weekly session as an anchor workout to motivate and keep you accountable. Or, make it two or three times a week to attack your fitness goals. Whether you are looking for strength training, flexibility, cardio conditioning, power, speed, or a combination, our coaches, trainers, and instructors will show you how to banish “boring” from your workout vocabulary.
Bootcamps & TRX
This dynamic, energy packed, motivational 60 minute movement-based class is a fun-filled, but challenging program - a combination of aerobic exercise and resistance training. Regardless of your fitness level, emphasis is placed on exercising safely, having fun, and completing the challenge. Each class starts with a dynamic warm up and finishes with gentle stretching exercises to complete your mind/body experience. Bootcamps are customized to meet the needs of attendees and provide a great supplement to your individualized training program.

Semi-private group training (2-4 people) allows you to get fit and have fun while working out with a partner, friends, family, or others. The atmosphere provided by training in a small group has been shown to increase results time and time again. Within your group, you can retain the individual attention and a custom-designed program as well at a more affordable rate!
Whether you desire weight management, sports performance, or any other goal, it is fun and encouraging. If you already have a small group of friends or co-workers who wish to exercise together, or would like to join a small group of others, we have options. Fitness programs are custom-tailored to the individuals within the group and based on current abilities and goals. Don’t have a group but want to join one? We will introduce you to other great people who are supportive, motivated, and inspired to get fit and feel great together!
For those who wish to fine-tune their physique, continue fat loss, or pack on muscles to absolutely maximize their results, we offer our Nutrition Program. If you want to individualize your nutrition more than what we have given you in our journal, this is the answer for you.
You will sit down with one of our Precision Nutrition Certified nutrition coaches every 2-3 weeks and really dial in your nutrition. Everyone is different when it comes to nutrition, and as your body changes or your activity level changes, so could your nutrition needs. We will help you understand nutrition for optimal health, fat burning, muscle building, and/or sports performance.
