    Play your favorite music and try this Dynamic Movement Circuit for 3-5 rounds for an approximately 30 minute full body workout. Using these dynamic movement patterns, you can work on balance, strength, coordination, and stability. Be sure to tag us in your next workout and let us know what you think! Some movements come from Capoeira, GMB, Animal Flow, and Yoga. I honestly just took whatever I remembered from my past movement practices and created a balance of an upper body and lower body format (that part clearly inspired by my Personal Training background).
